A historic 1931 Art Deco junior high school converted into a 72-room hotel and entertainment complex featuring restaurants, bars, a brewery, movie theater, swimming pool, and event spaces. Located 20 minutes north of Seattle in Bothell, it hosts live music, community events, and private gatherings across its 5.41-acre campus.
