Seattle Chamber Orchestra: Kurtág & Feldman at 100
Classical / Orchestraclassical$15
The Seattle Chamber Orchestra marks the shared 100th birthday of composers György Kurtág and Morton Feldman with a concert pairing their works. Kurtág’s brief, intense pieces contrast with Feldman’s long, quiet soundscapes; audience members can bring a pillow or mat to lie on the floor. A pre-concert talk precedes the music, performed by Lorenzo Marasso and the Raven Quartet at Good Shepherd Center.Venue
