Showout for promoters

You promote events. Showout makes sure people find them — automatically, and for free.

How it works

Showout reads hundreds of public sources daily and lists every event it can verify. If you announce your events anywhere public — your site, the venue's calendar, a newsletter — they almost certainly end up here, deduplicated and linked to your ticket page. There's no account to manage and no fee. There's also no paid placement: your show stands next to everyone else's, ordered by date, not by budget.

Make your events impossible to get wrong

• One event, one page. A public page per event with the date, start time, venue name, and ticket link is the gold standard. Our software (and every other calendar's) will read it correctly every time.
• Name the venue exactly. "Neumos" matches our venue database; "the usual spot on the Hill" doesn't.
• Series ≠ one listing. Five nights are five events. Listing them separately means each night shows up on the right day.
• Update publicly. Lineup change, cancellation, new venue — post it where you posted the announcement and Showout follows.

If a show you're promoting isn't listed, or is listed wrong, email hello@showout.ai with a link to the event page. We also add new sources all the time — if you publish a season calendar or newsletter, send it over.
