Composer and performer Paul Matthew Moore creates music hailed for its "paradoxical lush minimalism" and described as "comically charged, dynamic…bursting with creativity and energy." Based in Seattle since 1995, he has scored sixteen films including Police Beat and Zoo (which premiered at Sundance and Cannes), and currently serves as Music Director of the University of Washington Department of Dance, collaborating extensively with dance, theater, and notable musicians including Wayne Horvitz, Eyvind Kang, and Kronos Quartet.
