Seattle-based singer, songwriter, and guitarist who works in the space where Americana, roots, blues, folk, and jazz overlap. A veteran of the '90s alt-country/Americana band Somebody's Daughter, Wiser has become a well-regarded solo artist known for her signature red Parker Fly guitar and emotionally rich songwriting. Since 2017, she has organized the Pie + Persistence house concert series, which has raised over $120,000 for more than 34 nonprofits.
