Joe Seamons is a Pacific Northwest-based musician and educator specializing in American roots music, performing on banjo, harmonica, and guitar. He is co-founder of The Rhapsody Project and performs nationally as part of an acclaimed duo with Ben Hunter, having been recognized by the Ethnic Heritage Council for excellence in ethnic performance.
