Rosanna Xia and UCSB Professor David Valentine present a cinematic exposé of a hidden environmental disaster: half a million barrels of toxic waste dumped off the Southern California coast after World War II. The film follows Valentine's discovery of a corroded barrel near Catalina Island and Xia's investigation into the ongoing consequences. This is part of the Marjorie Luke Theatre's Green Film Series.
