Pacific Bonsai Museum is a unique outdoor museum located on the historic Weyerhauser Campus in Federal Way, featuring one of only two museums in the United States devoted exclusively to bonsai. The museum showcases approximately 150 bonsai trees representing Pacific Rim nations including Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and the United States, with about 60 trees displayed at any given time along thoughtfully designed pathways through a forested landscape. Admission is free by donation, and the museum offers rotating exhibitions, educational programs, guided tours, workshops, and special events year-round.
